MOVE DATES: Friday Oct. 2nd 10am-8pm, Saturday Oct. 3rd 6am-10am.

SHOW TIME: 11am-6pm

You can add as many entries as you need to the cart. You will get your wristband day of event when checking in. Judges will put you in the correct category day of show. No IN and OUTS, No outside food or beverages .

- APPROVAL: All entries are subject to approval by FISHTAILZ MAGAZINE Staff and must pass final inspection at the door. FISHTAILZ MAGAZINE reserves the right to refuse any entry not deemed appropriate.FEES: Entry fees are non-refundable unless entry is refused by FISHTAILZ MAGAZINE. LIABILITY: FISHTAILZ MAGAZINE, promoters and facility assume no responsibility or liability for any theft or damage of vehicles, and/or displays and related itemsduring move-in, show hours or move out. SECURITY: During move-in, show hours or move-out, FISHTAILZ MAGAZINE will provide security for entry overnight prior to date of show, but this does not ensure against any theft or damage. Entrant therefore assumes all responsibility regarding entering his vehicle into the said event and during show hours. All valued display itemsshould be locked up. Entrant will have 1 hour prior to start of show for final display assembly.JUDGING: Judge's scores are final. Displays will not be judged. In case of a tie, display will then be in affect. PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE: FISHTAILZ MAGAZINE reserves the right to photograph, video tape, film or reproduce in any medium, and entry for any futureuse, at no compensation to the entry owner or participant. Upon entering the event, the entrant surrenders all claims. SAFETY: All fire regulations must be followed to the letter, or be subject to disqualification and barred from future events. All gas caps must be taped closed. All batteriesmust be disconnected and terminal posts taped. Gas level must be under a quarter tank. No entry can start their vehicle during show hours.Entrant will be held fully responsible and liable for any damages that may occur form movement of said vehicle.
